The SEAGUARD project brings together 13 partners from across Europe, with organisations from Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Romania, Norway, and the United Kingdom. The consortium brings together organisations with experience in research, technology, maritime security, defence, and higher education.

Working together, the partners contribute their knowledge and experience to develop and test new solutions for maritime border surveillance. Their work focuses on combining sensors, unmanned vehicles, underwater technologies, data analysis, and decision-support tools to help detect and assess incidents and illegal activities at sea.
